“I give you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, to stand by your side in good times and in bad, to share your joy as well as your sorrow. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals and dreams, to honor and respect you, to laugh with you and cry with you, to share my hopes and dreams with you, and bring you solace in times of need. And to cherish you for as long as we both shall live.”

“The sun was setting down. She was standing beside me, with a michievous smile on her lips. Her green eyes shone into mine. The reddish light glowed brightly in her hair. Her breathing was a sweet lullaby, without a worry of the world she was breathing, deeply inhaling, and exhaling, as light-hearted. She was stunning. And right then, right in that moment, I wanted to forget every -how, -when, and -why. I wanted her. Forever. Even if we didn’t deserve it. I gently took her hands, and kissed them. Kiss by kiss, trying to warm up her cold fingers. She smiled up at me. “I love you, you know that?” I looked into her eyes, still mesmerized by their beauty: “I do know that.” I answered. She sighed: “I wish we had forever. Like everybody else. Though, they never use thier ‘forever’.” I kissed her palm: “No, they don’t. Even if our ‘forever’ is this short, don’t be sad, my love. We still have it. Others simply ignore it.” A tear slipped on her cheek. She closed her eyes. I brushed away her tears with my lips. “I love you, you know that?” whispered I. When she opened them, I finally saw,that she indeed knew that I do love her.”
